10 page PDF was being used as the Employee Handbook

The Solution

The Employee Handbook was reimagined as a structured, interactive Rise 360 course that guides learners through key policies and expectations in a clear, engaging format. Content was organized into manageable sections to support focus, retention, and completion.

  • Engaging visuals and subtle animations to increase attention and reduce cognitive fatigue

  • Built-in knowledge checks to reinforce understanding of key policies and expectations

  • Interactive elements to encourage active learner participation

  • Responsive design for seamless access across desktop and mobile devices

  • Completion tracking to ensure accountability and confirm course completion
